(PRWEB) November 6, 2005 -- All-Pro Safety for the Arizona Cardinals is tackling the world of entrepreneurship with ease. Griffith, who is known throughout the league as one of its ‘hardest hitters,’ recently celebrated the opening of his newest restaurant, Visions in San Diego.
Located in the historic Gaslamp district in downtown San Diego, the lavish, upscale restaurant serves the freshest sushi in the city, state of the art plasmas screens in cozy booths throughout the restaurant, and serves it’s vodka shots at below freezing temps. Since it’s opening, the restaurant has been THE PLACE TO BE for the city’s movers and shakers. Griffith is also part owner of Sushi on the Rocks, located in San Diego.
Keeping his plate full, Griffith recently purchased a 200 unit apartment complex in Phoenix, AZ. This purchase marks another great opportunity for Griffith who has acquired properties in Costa Rica, Bahamas, Florida, Georgia and California. “I have always had an interest in real estate and have partnered with some very sharp businessmen,” says Griffith. “Business has been good.”
Preparing for life after football, Griffith who is a 12 NFL year veteran is currently pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. He has appeared as a guest analyst for Fox Sports, Best Damn Sports Show, NFL Network’s Total Access and appeared on the number-one rated soap opera, “The Young & The Restless.” Griffith also has a role in the upcoming horror film, SinJin Smyth and has been featured in a variety of magazines.
