Forge Capital Buys Corporate Printers, Unit of Rollins Holdings Veteran management team to build on strengths of leading Southeastern printing company. (PRWEB) November 6, 2005 -- Forge Capital has purchased a majority interest in Corporate Printers, a unit of Rollins Holdings Company, Inc.. Rollins, which has owned the company since 1988, will retain a minority interest in the company.
Corporate Printers, located in Cumming, Georgia, provides printing and fulfillment services to a variety of major companies, nationwide. The company was founded in 1976, and employs 55 people.

We’re particularly pleased that all of Corporate Printers’ outstanding team of people will be staying on.”
Corporate Printers will continue in operation in Cumming, and will retain its current management and employees. “This is a great opportunity for us,” said Steve Smithson, Executive Vice President and one of the founders of Corporate Printers. “We look forward to working with Forge to build and expand our business.”
Forge Capital LLC is a private equity firm, located in Atlanta, which invests in small manufacturing and service companies in the Southeast. Corporate Printers is Forge’s second portfolio investment.
