NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. (RealEstateArts.com) Sheds Light on Manhattan Classic 195 Broadway

Real Estate Arts' innovative marketing campaign draws more than 400 of New York's top real estate executives to 195 Broadway.

New York (PRWEB) November 10, 2005 –- On October 20, 2005 over 400 of New York’s top real estate executives caught a glimpse of the future of office space in an unlikely Manhattan classic. A brilliant teaser campaign developed by New York’s own Real Estate Arts kept guests on the edge of their seats for the three weeks leading up to the event. Six mailings, each revealing a small architectural detail, asked recipients, “Do you know this building?” On the last day of the mailing, the magnificent building—195 Broadway—was revealed in an invitation to a party to be held on the 28th floor. The invitation, created by Real Estate Arts, included a MetroCard for complimentary transportation.

Hired by L&L Holding Company, who recently acquired 195 Broadway, Real Estate Arts developed the teaser campaign, email campaign, invitations, sales center signage and brochure for this unprecedented event.

“Working with REA was a partnership of creative organizations incorporating new ideas and a bit of risk taking,” reflected L&L Vice Chairman & Chief Operating Officer Guy Leibler, “Their ability to produce under pressure and work alongside other creative professionals made the event possible, and the results of REA’s campaign were self-evident, with over 400 guests attending.” Leibler also added, “We fully believe we will achieve our vision for 195 Broadway by attaining an internationally recognized company to move to the top three floors of the building, returning 195 Broadway to its former glory when it was home to AT&T for over half a century.”

“We are proud to be a part of such a successful project and to work with such a creative and enterprising group as L&L Holding Company,” said REA President Michael Goodgold.

Having more classical columns than any other façade in the world, Bosworth’s “temple on Broadway” now blends old world and new with a cutting-edge office space design by architect Joel Sanders on the 28th floor, which served as the venue for the party and is now a showcase for potential tenants.
