"Early Bird" Raffle Deadline Nears in One Million Dollar Oak Park Home Raffle

The public has until November 30 to purchase tickets for the "early bird" drawing in the $1 million Oak Park Dream Home raffle sponsored by the Conejo Jewish Day School.

AGOURA HILLS, CALIF. (PRWEB) November 21, 2005 -- The public has until November 30 to purchase tickets for the "early bird" drawing in the $1 million Oak Park Dream Home raffle sponsored by the Conejo Jewish Day School.

Raffle tickets purchased before November 30 will be entered into a December 8 early bird drawing in which one $30,000 cash prize, five $1,000 cash prizes and 34 $300 cash prizes will be awarded. The early bird raffle tickets, including winning tickets, are also eligible to win the $1 million Oak Park home (or $1 million in cash) grand prize when the winner is announced February 14, 2006.

Tickets for the raffle are $150 a piece. A maximum of 18,000 tickets will be sold.

Early bird ticket holders have approximately a 1 in 100 chance of at least doubling their money. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the non-profit Conejo Jewish Day School in Agoura Hills that currently offers a kindergarten through sixth grade curriculum. The school is operating in leased facilities. It hopes to use funds from the raffle to acquire a permanent site to build its own school and expand the curriculum to accommodate kindergarteners through 12th graders.

The December 14 early bird raffle will be held at the Conejo Jewish Day School (29646 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills) at 4:30 p.m. Winners need not be present.

The February 14 grand prizewinner will receive a 2,500 square foot two story Oak Park home with five bedrooms and three baths or $1 million in cash. The home includes a new kitchen with granite counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances, a custom walk-in pantry; new custom ceramic tile, designer quality carpet throughout the house, all new double-glazed windows and an over-sized walk-in closet and whirlpool tub in the master suite. The outside features a professionally landscaped yard and an entertainer's backyard with pool.
