ADHD: Patients' Most Unanswered Questions Finally Answered Dr. Kenny Handelman has created an ADHD Newsletter to address the unanswered questions of patients with ADHD. (PRWEB) November 22, 2005 -- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD (http://theadhddoctor.com)) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) affect approximately 7% of school aged children, and 4% of adults. Untreated, it can lead to significant impairment in social, emotional, academic and occupational functioning. Often patients find that their doctor does not have the time necessary to answer their questions about the disorder.
An online survey reveals that 56.3% of patients think of questions about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (http://www.theadhddoctor.com) to ask their doctor after they leave his or her office. 42.5% of patients reveal that they leave their doctor’s office with unanswered questions about ADHD/ADD. 31.3% of patients feel that their doctor doesn’t have the time to answer their questions about ADHD.
