NewsCast Central, a Multimedia Press Release Service Launched by Impact Broadcasting Today

NewsCast Central converts Press Releases and Company Announcements into Audio Video news style bulletins which are 5 times more effective than written releases.

(PRWEB) December 2, 2005 -- From their newly completed offices in Waterford, Ireland, Impact Broadcasting launched NewsCast Central, a service that converts written press releases, company announcements and presentations into Audio Video format for viewing over the Web, TV and mobile devices.

The service fills a gap in a companies sales, public relations and marketing departments whose web based news management systems are usually text based with some photos added for good measure. By adding Audio and Video to announcements and static presentations the content becomes five times more effective.

According to Real networks, when video is used on websites, 50 percent of viewers will check out the website in more detail and 15 percent will request more information

Tom Doherty has been involved in Corporate News for a number of years since he set up Go2mobile Solutions in 1997, a corporate messaging software company for mobile communications. He later sold this company to concentrate on Impact Broadcasting.

He is also a graduate of the Enterprise Platform Programme at the School of Business, Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland.
