Organize-U Continues Efforts of Expanding Organizing Empire

"The path we were following was to spread the word locally and in the Western United States. The nationwide requests convinced us we could do a nationwide expansion." – Valerie Simpson, President/CEO, Organize-U Consulting, Inc.

Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) December 5, 2005 -- Organize-U Consulting, Inc. started with a single professional organizer in Central Phoenix, Arizona six years ago. Current President, Valerie Simpson and Board members decided to expand their professional organizing and efficiency coaching services in March 2005 to include the Western United States.

All that changed in June, when Organize-U began to receive requests for organizing services and efficiency evaluations from clients throughout the US. Organize-U began to actively recruit organizing consultants in the major cities in which their requests were coming. Their first out of state consultants were hired to serve Chesterfield, Missouri followed by West Palm Beach, Florida and Seattle, Washington. Within a few months Organize-U had far exceeded their goal for expansion. They were now on the East Coast as well. Organize-U expects to continue their expansion efforts throughout the US and has plans to be in every state by the end of year 2006.

The shift in strategy came as Simpson and other professional organizers entered a win/win partnership. Organize-U Consulting, Inc. is currently recruiting in Rhode Island, Michigan, Texas, New York and Hawaii.

"We were looking at franchising the business and after much research found that a partnership with other professional organizers would better serve Organize-U clients and allow for the professional organizer/consultant to have a greater profit, faster," said Valerie Simpson.

"We were resistant at first (to expanding) nationwide," Simpson said. "The path we were following was to spread the word locally and in the Western United States. The nationwide requests convinced us we could do a nationwide expansion."

"We spent a lot of time and effort to come up with a program that met the needs of our national clientele and well as the needs of our organizer/consultants" to expand nationwide, Simpson said.

To date they have hired organizers/consultants in Detroit, Michigan; Indianapolis, Indiana; Winona, Minnesota; Denver, Colorado; Freehold, New Jersey; Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Los Angeles, California and St. Louis, Missouri.

Organize-U's booming expansion comes even as other national professional organizing companies continue to grow, and other independent professional organizers in the region have come and gone. These days owners have to be passionate about the business and passionate about helping people become more productive, efficient and organized therefore having less stress, said Aaron Young, a spokesman for Organize-U. The United States has more than 20,000 professional organizers and Organize-U has plans to be the first choice of all success-minded individuals for effective and productive improvement in all areas of one's life through better organization utilizing their efficiency improvement programs.

Simpson would like to expand the pool of success-minded individuals that utilize organizing services and said there is still plenty of room to grow. "Professional organizing is one of those services that sells when the economy is up or down and is the number two New Years resolution three years running," she said.

Organize-U's professional organizing and efficiency coaching business now employs more than 20 people, up from two just a few years ago. That total includes professional organizers nationwide that are the cream of the crop of professional organizers in their area.

In the past year, Organize-U Consulting, Inc. expanded their services into more than 10 states and plans to continue their fast paced growth around the country.
