
NTI Becomes a Candidate for Accreditation with COE The Council on Occupational Education approves Northeast Technical Institute for accreditation candidacy. COE is a national institutional accrediting agency for the accreditation of non-degree-granting and applied associate degree-granting post-secondary occupational education. The COE accreditation process typically takes twelve to eighteen months to complete, and NTI began actively preparing in 2009 to meet the rigorous requirements of national accreditation. By becoming a candidate for COE accreditation, the school has completed an important step.
