GAX Launches xml.gax.com

GAX has purchased the rights to NaX Base, a native XML database known for its extremely fast search engine. GAX will market this database as xml.gax.com and continue its development.

(PRWEB) December 9, 2005 -- GAX S.A., the Luxembourg new technologies company, announced today that it has purchased the source code as well as unlimited, non-exclusive rights to the NaX Base database developed by Naxoft (www.naxoft.com). The database is best known for its ability to rapidly search through large amounts of data.

GAX will market the database under the name xml.gax.com. GAX intends to continue developing the features of xml.gax.com and will focus on adding intelligent search capabilities while maintaining its rapid search speed.

GAX’s Sikoba service (www.sikoba.com) already uses this database. Sikoba is a knowledge base that is simple to use, yet very powerful.

xml.gax.com will be used to significantly reduce development time for a recruitment database being created in partnership with a Luxembourg-based IT resourcing company.
