Kapner brings over 17 years experience managing aggressive growth organizations across marketing, sales and operations departments in the entertainment and telecommunications industries. Most recently, Kapner served as Adelphia Communications’ Director, Marketing and Strategy, where he oversaw the strategic development of their HDTV, DVR, and VOD services, including the management of all the programming, and research and competitive intelligence for the 2.4 million homes they could serve in Southern California.
In 2002, Mr. Kapner co-founded Keen Personal Media, Inc., a privately held subsidiary of Western Digital, where he oversaw the development of their PVR services and managed business development. Kapner has also held management positions with EarthLink, Charter Communications, LA Cellular, Creative Artists Agency and the Walt Disney Company. Kapner holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
