Fine Art Photographer Charlie Morey Announces 2006 Yosemite AiR Calendar Availability

Sixteen exquisite B&W images from Charlie Morey's one-month Yosemite Renaissance Artist-in-Residence program grace this 26-page, 8-1/2" x 11" 2006 calendar.

STUDIO CITY, CA (PRWEB) December 14, 2005 -- Fine art photographer Charlie Morey announced today that his 2006 Yosemite AiR Calendar is available at the print-on-demand website, Lulu.com. The images were selected from hundreds captured with his digital Nikon D100 camera during a four-week artist-in-residence (AiR) program under the auspices of the non-profit organization Yosemite Renaissance.

Sixteen of the photographer's favorite black-and-white pictures are used in the 26-page 8-1/2" x 11" calendar. On four of the months, vertical format is used with two side-by-side images per page.

"Yosemite Renaissance presented me with the opportunity of a photographer's lifetime," Morey says of his artist-in-residence experience. "They selected my work from a juried competition, then provided me with lodging for a full month inside the park boundaries of Yosemite National Park. To awake each morning with the sole purpose of collecting new images in one of the most beautiful locations on earth was a dream come true!"
