Cov'et Design House Brings High Fashion to Hollywood

Cov'et Design House, "L.A.'s best kept fashion secret", is holding an evening of fashion, entertainment and style at the Spider Club in Hollywood, CA. The fashion show will feature 2 collections by Cov'et and one collection by Mohawkgear, an Urban Mensline.

(PRWEB) December 13, 2005 -- Cov’et Design House has collaborated with Hardball Productions to bring you Boutique Wednesdays – a night of high fashion. Cov’et, deemed “L.A.’s best kept fashion secret” emerges from the L.A. Underground fashion scene to bring an unforgettable night of fashion, entertainment and style to Hollywood. The fashion show will take place on December 21, 2005 at one of Hollywood’s Premiere venues, the Spider Club.

Jen Garcia, head designer and founder of Cov’et Design House will bring her first two collections to the Runway. Cov’et’s street savvy avant-garde Fall/Winter 2005 collection will open the show. This collection boldly combines schoolgirl plaid with camouflage. Denim, wool, and silk are the main fabrics used for this collection – allowing each design to be comfortable but highly unique and eye catching. The night will close with Cov’et’s very feminine and luxurious Spring/Summer 2006 collection. Jen was inspired by color and uses bold blues, corals and yellows accented with chocolate brown. Various silks are used as this season’s fabric of choice. Peplums and pleats allow for a stunning and fresh silhouette.

Conrad Hilton, the head designer for Urban Men’s line, Mohawkgear, will be the guest designer for the evening. He brings a unique twist to Urban Fashion by combining unusual fabrics and textures to make stand out garments. This season’s line includes a mix of corduroy, denim, linen and leather.

“When attending a Cov’et event you will not only get a chance to view the future of L.A. fashion you will get the opportunity to see the best up coming talent in hair, make-up, photography and models,” states Jen Garcia “ For this event Jen has commissioned celebrity make up artist, Nakeah Fuller. Nakeah has worked on various movies, commercials and music videos.
