Going Ape Cocktail Recipe:

1-1/2 oz Celtic Crossing Liqueur

½ oz Brady’s Irish Cream Liqueur

½ oz half ‘n half

½ fresh banana

Combine all ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes. Blend thoroughly and then pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with banana slices.
