Bonta Story in Holiday Treasure Trove CD For Children

Philanthropic poet, actress, novelist Vanna Bonta lends an original fable and peformance to an entertainment CD for Children's Hospitals.

New York, NY (PRWEB) December 17, 2005 -- The holiday entertainment CD of songs, stories, and music that has Santa making his rounds to children and their siblings in hospitals this year reportedly includes an original fable by Vanna Bonta, novelist of the endearingly stirring book of quantum fiction ‘Flight,’ and actress who plays the queen cameo in the fantasy classic movie “The Beastmaster.” The philanthropic poet lends a personal performance of it as well. Other details are under wraps but, “It has ribbons in it…” an inside source provided a clue.

Bonta is one of several talents who were tapped to lend their magic to the CD. Among artists lending collectibles to “Holiday Magic 2005, A Gift for Children of All Ages” are TV episodic hit songwriter Meredith Chapman, movie and television composer Sharon Farber, and award-winning KFMB-TV anchor Beth Shelburne.

The center feature is a story by Mark Patterson starring voice actors Phillip Tanzilo, Greg Dehm, and Jeffrey Gelder. As Santa makes his way from the North Pole to the children with newbie Jeffrey the Reindeer, they collect sparkling entertainment along the way and meet Jeffrey’s cousin, Carlito, who lives at the Wild Animal Park.

On Friday, December 23 at 2:00pm, Santa and Jeffrey Reindeer make a stop at Children's Hospital in San Diego, where Jeffrey Gelder began the tradition three years ago.

The call is out for every reindeer and their cousin to join the spirit of the season.
