VIPdesk is hiring over 100 Kentucky-based Customer Service Representatives(CSRs) to start working in December. CSRs will make $8-9/hr (plus benefits) representing a Top 5 financial services client. They will respond to inbound calls from debit card holders with questions about their account status, balance inquiries, how to reset their PIN, and more.

Qualified candidates must be able to work at least 25 hours per week, including weekdays, some weekends, and some holidays. Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, have at least one year of customer service experience, are computer savvy and have a complete home office.

Two weeks of paid training will start in December, with CSRs starting on the phones in January. CSRs will work from home, and all training will take place virtually. In order to be eligible for the job, all candidates must pass a background and credit check, a fingerprinting test and a drug test.
