Test the Nation is the umbrella name for a series of major, interactive television events. Full evening’s live TV programmes in which a specially developed test takes centre stage every time.

The Format

In the studio and all over the country, people will be taking part in professionally-devised tests which will measure everything from IQ/intelligence, sex drive and sense of humour to health, happiness and morals - in short, it will find out the true state of the nation.

It will be a totally interactive event, with millions all over the country participating through internet, by mobile phone or by using score cards that are printed the day before the program is broadcasted in radio/television guides and newspapers. In the studio different groups of society (e.g. Blondes, teachers, bald men, students, homosexuals, farmers and sportsmen) take the test to see if the clichés are true: Are blondes really that dumb? How healthy are students? We also include a group of VIPs in the studio. How will they score? Viewers can take the opportunity to compare their score with their favourite VIPs.

It will be a unique chance for people to find out about themselves as individuals as well as being part of a huge national survey. In so doing, we will build up the biggest-ever profile of a country in the 21st century, and you'll find out more about yourself and your country than you ever thought possible.
