Alpha Property Management Offers Residents an Innovative Way to Protect Family, Property and Community -- ApartmenTime.com's Project Protect Empowering residents to fight back without fear of reprisal from gangs and thugs is becoming a lot easier for tenants living in Low-Income, Section 8 and Tax Credit properties managed by Alpha Property Management. Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 28, 2005 -- Empowering residents to fight back without fear of reprisal from gangs and thugs will becoming a lot easier for tenants living in Low-Income, Section 8 and Tax Credit properties managed by Alpha Property Management.
Starting January 19, 2006, Maple Park Apartments, Vincennes, IN, College Park Apartments, Addison, IL and Greenbelt Place Apartments, Toledo, OH will be the testing grounds for what some say is a revolutionary approach to securing communities and empowering the good tenants to rid themselves of the bad.
Toll free numbers will be posted around each community giving residents the ability to report crime and drug activity anonymously. Each telephone call is recorded and those recordings are forwarded to local authorities by Project Protect monitors, insuring the identity of residents remain anonymous.
Crime and drug activity has become a major problem at many residential communities across the country. Residents have succumbed to their circumstances and live in silence due to fear of retaliation from drug dealers and local thugs. Children are forced to play on playgrounds littered with hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia, Project Protect gives residents the power to fight back without fear.
Historically, properties in Inner-Cities were plagued with high crime problems and rampant drug activity, but the numbers are tapering off in the Inner-Cities and increasing in rural areas, Crystal Methamphetamine has created problems property owners and tenants living in these communities never had to deal with and one local authorities are struggling to get a handle on. Project Protect will give the residents and the local law enforcement agencies a new tool to fight this growing problem.
When a resident dials the toll free number they are required to leave a voice message. The voice message is emailed to a Project Protect monitor within seconds and a transcript of each recording is forwarded to local law enforcement officers daily. Now police and property management firms will have the information they need to investigate and evict those committing crimes, selling and, or using drugs on Low-Income, Section 8 and Tax Credit properties.
“The purpose of Project Protect is to help create safe, nurturing living environments for families that need and want them the most,” says Darren Rogers, Marketing Director, Alpha Property Management.
