Long time mid-Atlantic Pewter retail store The Pewter Chalice moves online with PewterChalice.com corporate gifts.

Annapolis, MD (PRWEB) January 5, 2006 -- After over 20 years in retail, popular pewter gift store The Pewter Chalice closed it’s brick and mortar stores and moved online to http://www.PewterChalice.com. The new site features pewter chalices, platters, stamp holders and other items for corporate gifts.

“The pewter items we picked for the site are excellent for corporate, education, legislative, government and medical gifts, and of course also for golf and other tournaments,” said Ms. Baker. “All items can be engraved with logos and names as needed.”

Owner Maria Baker teamed with Amy Vansant Brunell, CEO of the Maryland-based web development firm Vansant Creations to launch the site.

“Maria knowledge and experience with pewter gift giving is unmatched,” said Ms. Brunell. “After ‘retiring’ from the 9-5 brick and mortar retail world, moving to ecommerce was a natural for her.”

There is a 12 piece minimum for ordering the items, which can then be engraved in various styles. Visitors to the site can place orders without the need of credit cards as every order is unique.

“Once an order is received we work with the client directly to ensure the final product will be exactly what they pictured,” said Ms. Baker. “The online ordering is just to get the process started.”

As a longtime Annapolis, Maryland Main Street store owner, Ms. Baker also features crab shaped pewter dishes for her Chesapeake area clients.
