Touche' Multimedia Releases New eBook, The Enigma of Njama

Author Anthony D. Wilbon's mystery novel of history, secrecy, and conflicting desires is now released in a new ebook version.

(PRWEB) January 12, 2006 -- What happens when a college professor crosses a secret society of African American women? Author Anthony D. Wilbon answers this question and more in “The Enigma of Njama,” a suspense page-turner with an intriguing subject matter and a powerful ending. In Wilbon’s book, protagonist Montgomery Quinn is given a mysterious stolen thumb that reveals his best friend’s wife is involved in a society of African American women called Njama and they will do anything to make sure their secret is preserved. In a matter of days, Montgomery’s life mysteriously spirals out of control - until he receives help from a covert source who provides the tools necessary to respond. In a frantic race against time, Montgomery and his accomplices find themselves matching wits with a group of well-connected women in the underground power of Washington, D.C. With his life crumbling and the net tightening around him, he has a choice. He can fight back and lose everything or he can try to unravel the Enigma of Njama.

The Midwest Book Review says “Dr. Wilbon does a nice job of creating a plot with non-stop action and interesting characters that are intelligent and talented upper class African-Americans ... Wilbon skillfully sets up situation after situation to build the action to a climax, even as he shows us the seduction of the power that resides in the hallowed halls of Washington institutions.”
