Gwen Hassan Joins NAL Worldwide as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Gwen, joins NAL Worldwide from Federal Signal Corporation where she has been corporate counsel since 2002. Previous to that, she was a corporate attorney for Hartmarx Corporation for five years. She will be based in NAL Worldwide’s new Addison, IL corporate headquarters.

As Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Gwen will be developing a full service legal function to support NAL Worldwide’s growing business. She brings to NAL Worldwide a wide range of capability and experience in litigation management, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and labor and employment law. Gwen is a graduate of DePaul University’s College of Law, a member of the Chicago Bar Association, and provides volunteer legal services through the Center for Disability and Elder Law.
