Vincera Appoints Seasoned Executives in Marketing and Sales Austin's own business process improvement software company, Vincera, Inc. to enhance penetration into background screeners, HR, other verticals through addition of seasoned executives AUSTIN, TX (PRWEB) January 27, 2006 -- Vincera, Inc., the business process improvement company whose software yields predictive analytics, behavioral monitoring, and information distribution technology to enable their clients to track and manage access to all information they provide over the Internet, today announced the appointment of two key executives to spearhead the next phase of the Company's sales and marketing efforts. The appointments were in the marketing and sales areas. Vincera appointed Kevin Schick as Chief Marketing Officer, and Dennis Bell as Vice President of Sales. Collectively, these executives have over 50 years of experience.

Vincera's software monitors businesses' end-user web-based activity, subsequently delivering predictive analytics that enable businesses to retain and upsell existing customers. The software also allows businesses to track and manage the distribution of intellectual property and content that contains personally identifiable information.
Kevin Schick's 30-year career as an analyst, consultant, and marketer in numerous technology industry verticals prepared him for his current role as Vincera's Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Vincera, Inc., Mr. Schick held senior positions in both public and private companies, including Vice President of Product Management for global ecommerce solutions, Commerce One; Senior Vice President of Marketing, ClientSoft, Inc; Analyst, Gartner Group; and management positions at Cacheon, Inc., Viasoft, Inc., AnswerThink Consulting Group, and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Schick has a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University.
As Vice President of Sales, Dennis Bell draws upon over 20 years of domestic and international sales experience, management, and strategy to lead Vincera's direct and indirect sales teams in their global sales efforts. Prior to joining Vincera, Mr. Bell served on Dell's executive team, where he held senior positions including General Manager of Dell's United Kingdom business unit. Today, in addition to his work with Vincera, Mr. Bell contributes to several community boards in Austin, TX, ranging from the performing arts to medical research. Mr. Bell holds a degree in business computing systems from Canada's Ryerson University.
