Monmouthshire, UK (PRWEB) January 26, 2006 -- With the CITB predicting a shift back to direct employment by many self employed sub-contractors, Benfield ATT – one of the UK’s foremost Timber Frame Engineering organisations – today announced its “Specialist Skill Security” (SSS) scheme for experienced Construction trades people.

With the Inland Revenue already re-categorising many supposed self-employed workers, Benfield ATT will take on responsibility for CITB training levies, provide ‘top-up’ training on newer site skills, and upgrade their Health & Safety competences, Site Security, and other knowledge and capabilities now required by legislation. They will also extend their recently introduced apprentice scheme to mature workers, allowing them to convert their site experience into nationally recognised qualifications.
