Hunters facing extreme cold weather and wet conditions will stay well protected with Russell Outdoors’ new APXg2™ line of outerwear that features PrimaLoft® - Insulation Technology™.

Russell Outdoors’ APXg2 line consists of a five-level layering system that provides a number of configurations to keep you warm, dry and odor-free while on the hunt. PrimaLoft® insulation is featured in the L5 Insulated Jacket and Pant – the outermost layer of the APXg2 system.

PrimaLoft® was developed by Albany International Corp. for the US Army as a synthetic alternative to down designed to keep you warm and dry even when wet. It is a unique microfiber polyester insulation that is as warm and soft as down, in addition to being water repellent, extremely light weight, compressible and quiet.

Hunters from Eastman’s Hunting Journal TV will be putting the L5 Insulated Jacket and Pant to the test this fall and winter as they prepare for it its 2010/11 television series that will appear on the Outdoor Channel.
