'The Writer at Work' Book Signing Premiere Scheduled Writers who need a shot of humor should take note of Richard Krzemien’s new comic art book “The Writer at Work.” Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 27, 2006 -- Making a rare personal appearance, WGA writer and illustrator Richard Krzemien will sign his hilarious and witty new comic art book “The Writer at Work” from 3 – 6 p.m. Saturday, January 28th at Barnes & Noble Bookstore, Promenade Mall, 6100 Topanga Canyon, Woodland Hills, CA.
“The Writer at Work” uses a unique visual style that mixes the working world of Dilbert with the absurdity of The Far Side to highlight the trials and tribulations of a writer's life. The book contains a foreword by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin (Ghost, Jacob’s Ladder, Deep Impact). A long-time fan of the comic, Rubin says "The Writer at Work finds more humor in the writing experience than anything else I've ever come across."
