Dr. Uchil has extensive commercial, civilian-federal, DoD and international experience.
Prior to founding Uchil, LLC, Dr. Uchil spent over eighteen years in a variety of senior management roles at several large consulting organizations including Accenture and MCC.
In addition to his PhD in Business Administration Dr. Uchil also holds an MBA in Consulting Operations Management, a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Dr. Uchil’s doctoral degree is apostilled by US Secretary of State, General (Ret.) Colin L. Powell and bears his signature and seal.
Dr. Uchil is a lifetime member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Management (CIPM), a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and serves on the board of Directors for Young Ladies of Tomorrow, Inc. a DC based not for profit organization.
