Moravia Worldwide, a leading globalization solution provider, announced today the opening of two new offices in the USA – one located on the West Coast and another on the East Coast of the country. These two new offices – established in Kirkland, Washington, and Princeton, New Jersey – add to the company’s existing presence in North America and the regional headquarters based in Thousand Oaks, California, established in 2001. The offices will provide Moravia’s rapidly-growing client base in North America with extended local production, project management and other client-facing services.

This step is in line with Moravia’s strategy of building a "follow the sun" model – a production model which can run 24 hours a day across different time zones to support the company’s worldwide client base. In this model, key client-facing activities requiring local presence, communication and fast turnaround on projects are located close to customers. More labor-intensive and extensive activities are centralized in Moravia’s offices located in regions with lower production costs, such as the company's global headquarters in Brno, Czech Republic, and production facilities in Nanjing, China. Closely integrated are translation activities conducted by Moravia’s in-country offices or preferred partners in individual target-language locales.

This strategic move will further increase the company’s capacity and bandwidth for customers in North America, allowing Moravia's North American clients to benefit from Moravia’s "follow the sun" model for localization and testing and engineering services.
