Greg Incardona Founder of Eagle Mortgage Joins BBB of western PA Board of Directors

Better Business Bureau of Western PA elects Greg Incardona of Eagle Mortgage Associates, Inc., to board of directors.

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) February 5, 2006 -- The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. announced that Greg Incardona, founder of Eagle Mortgage Associates, Inc. has joined the Bureau’s Board of Directors. Incardona was elected in December 2005 and will serve on the board through 2011.

“Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the Better Business Bureau from his vast experience in the mortgage industry. He is the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers (PAMB) and he had previously served as the organization’s Western Pennsylvania chair,” said Warren King, BBB’s president. “Greg is going to be a terrific Director and we’re excited and honored that he has accepted to serve on our board.”

Besides the appointment to the BBB Board of Directors, Incardona moved Eagle Mortgage into a spacious, new building, with plenty of room for growth. The new office is located conveniently near Century III Mall.

Eagle Mortgage also became the first mortgage broker in Western Pennsylvania to be awarded the Certificate of Approval, allowing Eagle Mortgage to originate Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency single-family mortgage loans.

During 2005, Incardona self-published a booklet that has everything you always wanted to know about buying a house, borrowing money and improving your credit score. To make it even more interesting, area experts helped compile a “Top 10” list of some of the region’s best features, and added Fun Facts on each page so readers can test — and expand —their knowledge of the Pittsburgh Metro area.

Besides Incardona being named to Vice President of the PAMB and appointed to the board of directors of the BBB of Western Pennsylvania Incardona was named as the West Broker of the Year by the PAMB. “It’s the most prestigious recognition the association presents to members, I share this honor with my wonderful staff, family, friends and the many clients we have serviced over the years,” Incardona proudly points out.

But perhaps what has really made 2005 a truly great year for Incardona and his staff at Eagle Mortgage is recalling the dozens of prospective first-time homebuyers who were coached in the company-sponsored seminars. “I’m pleased to announce that one of those folks, Jonelle Warren, bought a home and won a mortgage-free 2006 in the contest that Eagle Mortgage sponsored for seminar attendees.
