iContact Launches 4-1s Corporate Social Responsibility Program CSR Program Provides 1% of Time, Product, Money and Equity to 501(c)(3) Organizations Durham, NC (Vocus) January 13, 2010 - iContact Corporation is today unveiling its expanded Corporate Social Responsibility Program. The 4-1s Program is a way for the email marketing firm to give back to the community in a more formal way. The 4-1s Program is made up of four parts:
"We are proud to be able to support our community," commented Aaron Houghton, Chairman and Co-Founder of iContact Corporation. "By giving our time and financial contributions to worthy charitable organizations we support their efforts to make a difference in the world." iContact has also set up VolunteerForce - an online tool in SalesForce that allows team members to search and sign up for volunteer opportunities throughout the year. “I am excited that iContact has expanded our CSR Program. I am a firm believer that the business of business is more than just business. In addition to cash, product, and equity donations, we believe that our team members should be able to take paid time off to serve the community,” added Ryan Allis, CEO and Co-Founder of iContact. “With VolunteerForce our team members can go out into the community and give back in a very tangible way." iContact welcomes Triangle-based non-profits to list their projects on VolunteerForce by emailing Christy Brantley at cbrantley(at)icontact(dot)com.
