Blue Clover mixes electronic branding through award-winning websites, e-commerce, SEO and content manageable systems with traditional tools including name and logo development, TV, radio, multicultural, public relations, direct mail, and special event planning.

As Director of Operations, Roeder is responsible for establishing accountability across the entire organization and delivering operational insight within the production, administration and finance departments. Roeder delivers financial oversight and accuracy by developing and maintaining rolling budgets for each department and the organization as a whole. He establishes priorities for the organization to ensure client commitments are maintained and expectations are exceeded, as well as developing and maintaining processes and procedures companywide to drive organizational perfection and allow for profitable, sustained top line growth. Roeder also promotes a corporate culture that elevates employee satisfaction and boosts employee morale across the organization.

Before joining Blue Clover, Roeder worked for Miner Fleet Management Group in San Antonio as its Director of Construction Operations and its Project Manager/National Account Sales. He was recognized as a Top 5 Sales Representative in 2006 and Top Sales Representative in 2007 and 2008.

Roeder has his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management and Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Roeder is also an active member of Toastmasters International.
