Virges Pearson, Jr., a minister and elder with Charity Church in Fayetteville, was born in New Haven, CT, but has lived in Hope Mills, NC, for the past twenty years. Pearson has had a lifelong interest in real estate and recently decided that the time was right for a significant professional change. Desiring a better life for his family, he entered real estate school with the encouragement of a friend and eventually sought out Matt Jones. Pearson, who’s a Broker Associate, considers Fayetteville an excellent market and expects real estate to be the ideal career because it offers unlimited earnings potential. He is also dedicated to the concept of helping others find the homes that they need.

Broker Associate Mike Till, originally from Orangeburg, SC, now lives in Spout Springs, NC. Recently retired from the Lee County School System, he had been considering entering the real estate industry for the past several years and was favorably impressed by FavoriteAgent’s reputation and by the level of enjoyment that other REALTORS® seemed to derive from their work. He looks forward to making a worthwhile difference for people who are buying and selling homes.

New REALTOR® Amanda Graham spent her childhood in Hinton, West Virginia, but has lived in North Carolina for the past eight years. With a background in retail sales, Graham enjoys working with people and is pleased that real estate will provide so many diverse experiences and opportunities. Her goal is to become a buyers’ agent.

Pennsylvania native Jennifer Patterson was employed by the Cumberland County School System for four years prior to making the move to real estate. A mother of two young daughters, as well as a military spouse, Patterson was intrigued by the possibility of becoming an independent contractor with flexible office hours. She believes that being able to introduce a family to its future home is as rewarding as owning that home will be.

Shawn Xavier, originally a resident of Wahiawa, Hawaii, is also an Army wife and lives with her husband and four children in the Fort Bragg (NC) area. She was attracted to real estate as a career because of the manageable work hours and freedom to spend time with her family. Her professional philosophy is that everyone wants and deserves to own a home, and she looks forward to assisting in that process.
