Photographers Join The Collective

The Collective, an online retail consignment store has announced the recent addition of two new members.

Charlton, MA (PRWEB) February 12, 2006 -- Both new members are photographers from Central MA. Carl Weaver, a digital photographer who specializes in nature macro photography is from Worcester, MA. Dave Snay, who hails from the Boyleston, MA area is a black and white photographer who prefers to use film for his artistic expression.

The Collective owner, Norma Hogan, believes that with the addition of these two artists, The Collective really does live up to its goal of attempting to host all types of artistic expression. The Collective currently showcases art forms ranging from pottery and glass to wood, fiber art and jewelry.

The Collective was formed with the goal of giving an Internet presence to emerging artists who because of family or work obligations and responsibilities, did not have the resources to use the Internet for sales or marketing. “We have a very eclectic mix of art on our site”, Ms Hogan says. “Through our sales and the availability of the artist to create, the mix of artwork may change from day to day.”
