Acnodes Announces New 20-inch LCD Screen in a 2U Rackmountable Drawer

20-inch 1600x1200 UXGA TFT LCD monitor available for touch screen and video input.

(PRWEB) February 15, 2006 -- Walnut, California-based Acnodes Corp. today announced the addition of a new product to its existing line of rackmount LCD monitors.

The RP1200 is a 20-inch diagonal TFT LCD screen that fits in a 2U rackmount drawer.

Featuring a 280-nit, 1600 x 1200 resolution LCD panel with a 700 to 1 contrast ratio, the drawer is 23.6" deep and has a front lock. Front-panel controls include power on/off switch OSD (on screen control) button as well as auto-adjustment control buttons for

contrast, balance, H-position, V-position, phase, brightness.

The flicker-free screen also offers a panoramic 178-degree viewing angle and boasts a crisp .255mm pixel pitch and 16 million color palate.

Power consumption is 60 Watts maximum. The 110/220VAC power adapter is external. An optional 24VDC adapter is available.

The unit connects to a computer via standard 15-pin VGA interface. It comes standard with one 6-foot VGA cable. Optional for 10, 15 and 25-foot cables are available. Other options include for S-video and composite-in ports and RS-232 or USB resistive touchscreen.
