Old Edwards Inn and Spa Announces Winemaker Dinner at The Farm with Lambert Bridge Winery

The Old Edwards Inn and Spa is pleased to announce a very special event in March. Andy Wilcox, managing partner of Lambert Bridge Winery will present a winemaker dinner at The Farm on Thursday evening, March 23, 2006. Reception is at 6:00 PM and dinner will begin at 6:30.

Old Edwards Executive Chef Nate Waugaman has created a savory six-course menu featuring the finest flavors of the season to pair with Lambert Bridge’s extensive portfolio of premium wines. Courses will be matched with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Zinfandel and Merlot. The main course, a Grilled Elk Chop served with Rhubarb preserves and a truffled potato mousseline will be paired with Lambert Bridge’s flagship blend, Crane Creek Cuvee.

Located in the heart of the Dry Creek Valley, one of Sonoma County’s most celebrated wine producing regions, Lambert Bridge is committed to producing distinctive, complex and balanced wines crafted to reflect the Wilcox family’s uncompromising quest for quality.    

The dinner is $149 per person, inclusive. Seating is limited. Overnight accommodations at The Inn or Lodge are available at a special rate of $185, plus tax for this event.
