Barefoot is seeking the submission of Comic content from artists to deliver Mobile Comic Books with the Barefoot mComic Series 60 viewing application. For the first 100 comic book submissions (maximum 10 pages per book), Barefoot will package and publish each comic book for US$50. Under the Barefoot Content Licensing Agreement, Barefoot and the Artist will enter into an equal revenue sharing arrangement.
Whilst providing a commercial Library of Comics on www.s60comics.com, Comic Artists who have been looking for commercial business models via the web have found that nine times out of 10, they have to give their work away for free – publishing and going mobile using mComic, Artists will be able to generate income from sales of their titles.
