The Chocolate Savant will be demonstrating one of its "Over The Top" chocolate fountains on Saturday February 25, 2006 between 3 PM and 6PM at Fiddlehead Farm market, 920 Central Ave, Dover NH. The patrons of Fiddlehead Farm will have the opportunity to experience this unique delectable treat.

The Chocolate Savant is a new business in Dover that provides chocolate fountain rentals for as many as 500 guests per fountain. A fountain can make any event more memorable including weddings, proms, anniversary, birthday and holiday parties. Martin Jaffe, the owner of The Chocolate Savant says, "We enhance the experience by using the richest chocolate."

Chocolate fountains became popular after a showing of the fountain on a national morning show in 2003.
