Café Adelaide’s Executive Chef Chris Lusk will Share Cooking Tips and Tricks of the Trade in the “Cooking with Chris” Series

Café Adelaide’s Executive Chef Chris Lusk will hold the first in a series of five “Cooking with Chris” demos. Each class is $29 per person, from 1 -2:30 p.m. at Café Adelaide located inside Loews New Orleans Hotel at 300 Poydras Street.

Just in time to impress your sweetie on Valentine’s Day, Café Adelaide’s Executive Chef Chris Lusk will hold the first in a series of five “Cooking with Chris” demos. In the “Cooking with Love” class on February 6, Chef Lusk will show the attendees how to prepare two “perfect matches” for a Valentine’s Day dinner: Salt and pepper shrimp and grits and triple chocolate biscuit pudding.

Each cooking demonstration from Chef Lusk, Esquire magazine’s 2009 “breakout chef to watch,” will include a welcome cocktail tied into the cooking theme, two cooking demos with a tasting of each dish and recipes for the class participants to prepare at home.

Saturday, May 1, Celebrating Cinco de Mayo
Saturday, August 7, BBQ’s and Brews
Saturday, November 20, Entertaining at Home

Each class is $29 per person, from 1 -2:30 p.m. at Café Adelaide located inside Loews New Orleans Hotel at 300 Poydras Street. Valet parking is complimentary.
