The Carbon Project has announced that The Carbon Portal, home of the Open-Geospatial .NET Community, has grown to over 2000 registered users in just six months after launch. The Carbon Portal is located at www.TheCarbonPortal.net and provides an online resource where anyone can join at no cost, download free tools, exchange ideas and software code and find support among others seeking to advance location-based interoperability for Microsoft .NET.
