LEGALEASE SOLUTIONS LLC. CONTINUES TO EXPAND Legal Outsourcing Firm Sees New Growth

DETROIT, Mich. (PRWEB) March 2, 2006 -- The expansion of LegalEase Solutions LLC continues unabated, as the legal outsourcing firm recently announced the opening of a new office in Cochin, India, and the strengthening of their full-service appellate practice support services. The new Indian office gives the company an expanded international presence and the ability to offer 24 hour service. With the hiring of new appellate head attorney Rubina Mustafa, the company now has greater capacity and capability to draft civil and criminal appellate briefs, both in federal and state court.

The Metro Detroit based legal outsourcing firm has recently seen its client base expand to 12 different states, with the need for expanded office space becoming quickly apparent. Cochin was chosen over candidates due to its status as a major business center in Southeast Asia. The office will house eight of LegalEase’s eleven attorneys. On tap in the near future is an expansion of the company’s Metro Detroit office.

LegalEase has also seen its areas of practice diversify from trial level work to drafting federal and state appellate briefs. “Due to the demand, we thought it was absolutely necessary to hire an attorney with extensive appellate experience” says Tariq Hafeez, a Canton attorney and cofounder of LegalEase. “Rubina’s qualifications made her the ideal choice to head our appellate practice,” he went on to say. Ms. Mustafa’s legal experience includes working as an Employment Law Associate at Dykema Gossett, a judicial clerkship at the Michigan Court of Appeals, and for 7½ years, Ms. Mustafa was a staff attorney with the State Appellate Defender Office, representing over 300 indigent criminal defendants on appeal of their conviction and sentence.
