Serco Usability Services is running a two-day course for anyone interested in usability evaluation techniques that can be used for improving the usability of products and systems during development. Participants will learn how to set usability goals, how to evaluate usability at all stages of the system development lifecycle and how to assess the extent to which the final system meets user needs. They will also learn how to choose the most appropriate and cost-effective evaluation methods for use in their development environment. This is a hands-on course, which gives practical experience of usability evaluation techniques.

The course is based on extensive experience of applying usability evaluation methods in a wide range of commercial organisations.
