This represents a significant event for the user community working to upgrade from their existing EMC Documentum 4i version of Documentum Compliance Manager (DCM).

Mr. Nidelcheff went on to say that Impact would offer subscription licenses for its new production tools for EMC Documentum Submission Manager (DSM) when it is released in early third quarter of 2006.

As a stand-alone (“Shrink-wrapped”) product, Q-Config™ is currently priced at $35,000 per server, while the new annual subscription is list priced at $45,000 for a six-server package. A subscription license allows a customer in migration testing to have coverage on Development, Test, Production, Training and Departmental Servers without worries of additional updates as deployment continues this year.
