Plexis Healthcare Systems Selected by CSC to Provide Healthcare Claims Processing Software for the Department of Veterans Affairs

Plexis Healthcare Systems announced today that it has been selected by CSC (NYSE:CSC) to provide software for a healthcare claims process system for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center (FSC). Work will be performed under a subcontract from CSC, which has been awarded a task order with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide healthcare claims processing system and services.

The FSC will use the system to perform medical claims processing for a variety of the Veterans Health Administration’s healthcare programs, the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Plexis Healthcare Systems has had a long, successful relationship with the VA FSC having carried the incumbent claims software contract since 2003. Under the new agreement, Plexis’ flagship product, Quantum Choice™, will be implemented enabling the FSC to fully administer multiple lines of business on a more scalable platform than utilized previously.
