Edible Snow Globes have Sweet Success on ABC'S "American Inventor"

Inventor Crafty Kathy and her Edible Snow Globe Cookie Kits tasted sweet victory when she was selected to move on in the competition on ABC'S "American Inventor". The one time Dolly Parton impersonator closed the deal singing "9 to 5."

(PRWEB) March 17, 2006 -- Colorful Inventor Crafty Kathy has been selected to move on to the next round on ABC'S "American Inventor."

Crafty Kathy presented her Edible Snow Globe Cookie Kits on the show. Then, the one time Dolly Parton impersonator ended by singing "9 to 5."

Crafty Kathy readily admits that she suffers from OCCD (Obsessive cake, cookie and craft disorder) but has managed to turn her affliction into producing fool proof cake and cookie kits people can make in their own kitchens.

Kathy has been working on her inventions for the past eight years. As she puts it, "These kits have been years in the baking. They are perfect, so you can make them perfect."

Kathy and her kits have also been featured on "Unwrapped" and "Roker on the Road," both on The Food Network.

Will the next round be a piece of cake for Crafty Kathy or will the cookie crumble? Stay tuned.

"American Inventor" airs on Thursday evenings.
