Keith, who received the prestigious award of “2001 Employee Owner of the Year” from the National ESOP Association, is an expert on communications and culture relating to ESOPs and employee ownership.

He will be a panelist in the session “ESOP Case Studies, one of over 50 sessions offered at this comprehensive three-day conference, attracting over 700 attendees from across the nation. The conference is co-hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management, University of California, and San Diego, which is dedicated to advancing the use of entrepreneurship and employee ownership worldwide.
