The Mad Hatter Tea begins with Tweedle Tea Sandwiches, including cucumber, watercress and goat cheese mousse; truffled egg salad with English country ham and cornichons on brioche; smoked turkey with brie and lingonberry jam on raisin walnut bread; and smoked salmon and pickled red onion with Meyer lemon-caper mousse on pumpernickel. Tweedle Tea Sandwiches are followed by scrumptious Tweedle Crumbs Desserts, including a decadent selection of treats such as Cheshire Catcakes, Queen of Hearts Linzer Tarts, Mini Checkerboard Cakes and Petit Polka-Dot Cheesecake. The tea is accompanied by the Lobby Lounge’s signature Ginger Scones with clotted cream, a whimsical assortment of candies and cookies, in addition to a wide variety of tea.
