Loveland, Colorado (PRWEB) April 6, 2006 -- The Nanci Garnand Team, part of RE/MAX Alliance and northern Colorado's leading team of real estate professionals, will host a public celebration with R&R Homes from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at the Kendall Brook subdivision in Loveland, north of 43rd between Taft and Wilson.

The day's activities, a celebration of the pending completion of Kendall Brook Phase II, the release of lots for Phase III and a preview of the 2006 Parade of Homes, will include:

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Tethered rides on the RE/MAX hot-air balloon (weather permitting)

10:00 a.m. to noon: Performances by the Loveland High School band

noon to 2:00 p.m.: Adoptable pets from the Larimer Humane Society

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Live K99 radio broadcast, free prizes, pizza and soda

Camillo DiLizia of C. DiLizia Photography will be on site taking photos of the day's events, which will be available for purchase for $5. DiLizia has eight years of professional experience, and specializes in portraiture and commercial photography.
