Experienced investment banking and corporate finance professional, Ian Shanno, joins the Cove Partners LLC team.

Mr. Shanno is an accomplished investment banking and corporate finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital, private equity and debt, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and public financing. Mr. Shanno's transactional experience includes work on hundreds of corporate divestitures, acquisitions, capital formation and advisory assignments for a broad range of both public and privately-held clients.

Prior to joining Cove Partners, Mr. Shanno was most recently the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for a leading consumer electronics company, and had previously been a Managing Director with Relative Group, LLC and a member of the investment banking teams of both H&R Block's M&A arm and Citigroup's middle market M&A division. Mr. Shanno holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.
