Spring fever hits NYC as SingleAndTheCity gets set to host their Fireman Singles Party and Cougar/Boy Toy Hunt

“These are by far our two most popular singles parties,” explains SingleAndTheCity Co-Founder, Carmine DiRe. “It’s interesting because the cougar party has the guys lining up and the fireman singles party always sells out for women. We actually had to turn away over seventy-five women from the last fireman event, it sold out within a matter of days."

What is it about sexy firemen that drives single, NY women crazy? "I’ve lived in NYC for almost a decade now and I've gone out with a few firefighters in my time," explains SingleAndTheCity Co-Founder, Amber Soletti. “I think it's the irresistible 'triple threat' of the uniform and saving lives thing, combined with being uber-hot." "Younger men have more energy and are eager to please, while older women are sophisticated, mature and sexually experienced," explains Soletti. "I also find that younger men have less baggage. They're less likely to have been previously married, have kids and are for sure less likely to need Viagra. Older women are more likely to have been married before, so they're not going to put as much pressure on a man to commit. Trust me, if the popularity of our party is any indication, I’d say the cougar/cub thing is definitely working and here to stay.”

Both singles parties have a 7:00pm start-time with the Cougar/Boy Toy Hunt ticket admission running singles $20.00 and the Fireman Singles Party setting single women back $30.00 on-line, $40.00 at the door. What to expect? Expect an even ratio of men and women.
