Weblogs, Inc. (WIN), a subsidiary of AOL, has promoted Judith Meskill to the position of chief operating officer and Brad Hill to the position of editorial director from associate producer.

(WIN), a subsidiary of AOL, has promoted Judith Meskill (http://meskill.weblogsinc.com/) to the position of chief operating officer. Meskill, who has held the position of editorial director, was one of the company's first bloggers. Under her leadership, the WIN roster of bloggers has grown from 40 to over 160 in less than a year.

Brad Hill (http://bradhill.com/), author of “Blogging for Dummies” and long standing WIN blogger, has been promoted to the position of editorial director from associate producer.
