Vaughn has taken her boutique and attempted to turn it into a visual work of art, pleasing to the senses. "It was important to me from the beginning to be more up-scale and interesting," says Vaughn. "It took time to add the music and decide how to showcase each designer and category to generate interest, but I think we've achieved our goals, and we continue to grow and improve our boutique for our customers."

La Bonne Vie Bebe originated from Vaughn's experience as a mother, and wanting to stay away from the mall, especially with a baby in tow. "We've all been to the mall a dozen times searching for baby gifts, baby clothes, and nursery furnishings. It is frustrating searching for that special outfit or gift with a baby and a toddler at your feet needing your constant attention," says Vaughn.
