The Beacon Hotel South Beach is Giving Away Mini-Laptops

First amongst South Beach Hotels the Beacon Hotel management has announced the new prize for the “Employee of the Month” award during 2010. All twelve “Employee of the Month” award recipients will receive a brand new mini-laptop.

Management of the Beacon Hotel today announced they have customized their current “Employee of the Month” reward and recognition program for 2010 to provide each monthly winner with a brand new mini-laptop.

“We know that the satisfaction of our guests depends on the collective efforts of our staff and that is why we want to reward their dedication. We feel that providing a mini-laptop will positively impact the learning and personal growth opportunities for some of our team members who do not currently own PCs” said General Manager Elvis Taylor.

This innovative rewards program is part of the revamped human resources strategy for the Beacon Hotel for 2010 that includes the creation of a training center and a bonus program that rewards employees who complete 100 hours of training in a wide range of areas including English as a second language (ESL) courses, job specific functions, and hospitality related programs and technology. “Our goal is that at the end of the year each one of our team members will have grown personally and professionally and will be able to perform his/her job at a higher level.” said the General Manager Elvis Taylor.
